Service Description
Pricing includes bookings within 40 miles of Golborne, Manchester. Any bookings further than this will require additional travel expenses. 1 hour party package includes party games with everything provided, live singing, mermaid promise, photo opportunities and lots of opportunity to swim and splash with the mermaid. The 1.5 hour party option has more games and more time to make sure your special little one has a splashing good time for £230 Can also mix with a land party prior or after swimming party for example 1 hour swimming party followed by 1 hour land party for face painting, glitter makeovers etc, please get in touch to discuss. 10 children recommended, 20 max but must have at least one competent adult swimmer in pool per 2 children. Ideally 1 adult to 1 child in pool
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel within 24 hours of booking your deposit will be refunded minus payment processing fees. After 24 hours, booking deposits are non refundable. Should you wish to reschedule your booking this will be down to the Mermaid/package providers discretion and you will need to contact the Mermaid/package provider to request to reschedule. It is important to take note of any guidelines or limitations written within the package description, including but not limited to: Distance the mermaid will travel to offer this package, number of children the package caters to, what is included etc. Should your booking go against any of the limitations, or require more than what the service provides, your mermaid may need to increase the price of the package or even cancel the booking. If the mermaid cancels the booking because your request goes beyond the scope of what the package is described to provide (e.g. your booking location is further than the listed travel limit) then you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit.
