Service Description
The magic of seeing a real life mermaid, but with slightly less structure. I will not bring any games equipment; I will simply swim around, perform some tricks and interact with the children. This is a popular choice for children who want to be in charge of their own fun at the pool OR for any pools that have additional entertainment, such as water slides/floats etc. There is no maximum number of children that can attend with this style of party, the numbers will be entirely up to the safety requirements of the venue.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel within 24 hours of booking your deposit will be refunded minus payment processing fees. After 24 hours, booking deposits are non refundable. Should you wish to reschedule your booking this will be down to the Mermaid/package providers discretion and you will need to contact the Mermaid/package provider to request to reschedule. It is important to take note of any guidelines or limitations written within the package description, including but not limited to: Distance the mermaid will travel to offer this package, number of children the package caters to, what is included etc. Should your booking go against any of the limitations, or require more than what the service provides, your mermaid may need to increase the price of the package or even cancel the booking. If the mermaid cancels the booking because your request goes beyond the scope of what the package is described to provide (e.g. your booking location is further than the listed travel limit) then you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit.
