Service Description
Pricing includes bookings within 40 miles of Golborne, Manchester. Any bookings further than this will require additional travel expenses. Party package includes party games and prizes, live singing, mermaid promise and crowning ceremony for birthday child, photo opportunities, magic mermaid wish ceremony and face glitter for guests. 1.5 hour party package includes all as above with added glitter makeover with hair glitter and arm glitter for each guest and more games. £170 2 hour party packages includes all as above with either glitter tattoos OR face paint for each guest. £230 All of these packages can be tailored to your needs upon booking however some activities such as makeovers, glitter tattoos and face paint are guest numbers dependent, please be aware that if there are 20 plus children this will take a significant amount of time and other activities would have to be reduced or removed to accommodate this.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel within 24 hours of booking your deposit will be refunded minus payment processing fees. After 24 hours, booking deposits are non refundable. Should you wish to reschedule your booking this will be down to the Mermaid/package providers discretion and you will need to contact the Mermaid/package provider to request to reschedule. It is important to take note of any guidelines or limitations written within the package description, including but not limited to: Distance the mermaid will travel to offer this package, number of children the package caters to, what is included etc. Should your booking go against any of the limitations, or require more than what the service provides, your mermaid may need to increase the price of the package or even cancel the booking. If the mermaid cancels the booking because your request goes beyond the scope of what the package is described to provide (e.g. your booking location is further than the listed travel limit) then you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit.
